Ali Benyon Pilates

I can highly recommend Ali Benyon Pilates, having never done Pilates, I came into This class as a complete beginner. Ali is an excellent teacher, who is so friendly, encouraging, and professional. She goes above and beyond and provides us with great health tips and also makes videos of the exercises, which is so great because you can go over it again. I have felt the benefit already, and so signed up immediately for another term.

Ali's classes are very welcoming, she takes time to get to know you and makes sure to go around the class to advise you on the correct position of the various exercises. The Masonic Hall in Sandbach is a good location with easy parking very close by.

So glad I found this class! I've never been one for exercise classes and in honesty didn't know whether I liked it after my first class but so glad I stuck with it. Ali is a great teacher and works with peoples different abilities. I always feel I've achieved something after each class and my flexibility and balance has definitely improved. I have just signed up for my 3rd term.

I love Ali's classes. I always feel that I am pushed and challenged to do the most I can, but not pressured to do more than I am able. The classes are friendly and fun, and I always come out feeling positive. Really recommend!
