Very poor level of service, worse because of the industry and the need for quality service. Easy to sign up for and submit referrals - unfortunately after this point, it is all downhill. Lead times for appointments are 3 - 6 weeks, they cancel appointments on the day (3 hours notice) - the customer service is some of the worst that I have ever experienced and they appear to have no concern for the individuals that are being referred or the SME's that rely on the service. Complaint resolution is nonexistent. Once the current referrals I have outstanding are concluded, I will be moving to an alternative provider.

Couldn't possibly recommend. Completely the wrong angle to take in what should have been a supportive OH review as requested. Poor response to complaint.
