        Told by a member of staff in need to pay for something what they should pay for its there drains that is blocked not mine in the bungalow. And this is not the first time I been told I need to pay when I only rent the bungalow off them I need now to call the head office in London to get anything done on the bungalow there is no help from Hill house only to say I need to pay by one of the front office staff. Sorry there is a lot more but I can't remember all as I have parkinson dementia. It's others that tell me what goes on and I rely on so I remember.
