La Maternelle Sandbach Day Nursery

I have worked for this company for 7 years and I have never worked at a setting that care and treat the staff so well. We have monthly treats and termly team building experiences. Also we have a employee assistance program that supports your mental health and wellbeing. I highly recommend working for this company as the care of the children and employees is really the best I have experienced.

I have worked at La Maternelle for a few months now and have been made to feel very welcome by all the staff. I have already progressed in my role and have been offered lots of support by managers to help with this.

La Maternelle really are head and shoulders above other nurseries in the area. Before the pandemic, the setting was closed due to a very unfortunate event and they excelled in supporting families then again during the pandemic. Our boys have only ever come home happy and excited to show or tell us about their day. They make lots of friendships, learn new things every day, experience new things every day and demonstrate development steps directly because of La Maternelle. They get the what and the how perfectly balanced in that the setting is progressive, engaging and safe whilst being supportive, caring and fun.
