Acorn Carpet Centre

Carpet was exactly what I wanted but after sales service a total joke. The carpet fitters he employs were forever saying they would come back and to make good the underside of a spiral staircase. The owner said this Thursday but even cancelled that appointment. Did my bit and shopped locally but wouldn't ever use Acorn carpets again .

Went in for two carpet grippers. Would not take a card payment in 2019. Asked why and he said it would cost him more to put it through and that he didnt care. Sent me out to get cash. Went back with a fiver and then he said he doesnt have change. :0/ Asked if he was a business or not and he said dont insult him. Ended up taking one gripper and gave him 1.50. Terrible customer service and abruptly rude, borderline aggression.

The flooring we had layed in our ensuite and bathroom was terrible it took two weeks to return to seal the edges they came today and they were no better the owner didn't want to know about the problems we would never use them again very poor job
