        Sandbach branch were excellent Treated me like an old friend from the beginning and went over and above with assistance Also, after selling the house I was able to take my mother to meet them (her property) Their friendliness helped ease her sadness about having to sell You expect businesses touting for regular custom to try seducing you but I might never need them again Dealing with them was delightful and easy in an area that I'm not experienced

        Poor communication, emails not acknowledged or answered. Chaotic telephone messages back and forth culminating in the loss of a potential purchaser. The staff are friendly (Yes) but I wonder if they are too busy to deal with the average house seller.
