In addition to known ridge tile problem they identified a large chimney was loose and verified this via a video before carrying out the work. Absolutely outstanding service from Pat and his team throughout, from initial communication over the phone to the completion of the work! This is a long review but definitely worth reading for reassurance on PD Roofing Contractors professionalism and quality of work. After months of receiving multiple different quotes and diagnosis from other companies for our roof that left us feeling lost, Pat did a thorough inspection of the roof and was able clearly identify the exact problems and provide the necessary solutions within our quote that gave us the confidence to book PD Roofing Contractors straight away to go ahead! Pat managed to fit us in quick and within the next week he was starting the job. To both mine and Pats dismay, on the day of the work starting, a simple repair job turned out to be a need for a whole new roof. Pat demonstrated the damage to the timbers and provided clear video evidence of the damage found on our roof to back up his reasoning in the change of job. He was extremely sensitive about the situation giving me a fair quote and taking into consideration the shock I may be in. After agreeing to go ahead with the full installation of a new roof, Pat was incredible in moving the job as a priority, to the point where he had booked a skip and scaffolding to arrive the following day so him and his team (including his brother Tom) to start the job! They turned up every day, worked throughout the week and even worked a long day on Saturday in order to make sure the job was complete by the end of the week, which they had initially promised to us. Pat managed the project professionally and continued to keep communications with me on the progress of the roof throughout so that I always felt like I was up to date despite not being able to see what was going on up there. I have already recommended their services to my neighbours and walkers who have come by the house and actually complimented us on our roof and will be recommending to everyone that needs even a simple repair or a full new roof installation!
