Absolutely unacceptable. All started very well with the business with the MD coming out to visit after we had a previous poor UFH install which left us without hot water controls and left us with a half-working system. The MD found the faults and sent a report along with a quote to fix. All seemed super professional and thats why we chose to use this business although more expensive than other quotes. He promised to rewire the whole hot water system along with other bits. On the day of works being completed, someone else turned up who didn't seem to know exactly what needed to be done, he stayed just over 2 hours and although he did fit new hot water controls that I had bought & supplied, he didn't seem sure they would work and told us to contact if they didn't work. Well, they didn't. We were left for weeks without correctly working hot water. I had emailed the business MD numerous times. I was ignored for almost 2 weeks because the MD was on annual leave, then he finally came back but then ignored my reply. They didn't send anyone out to fix the work they didn't complete correctly, they didn't even apologise. They then had the absolute audacity to email us an invoice for over 550 including hot water controls! They claimed I hadn't emailed them and threatened debt collection solicitors straight away again no apology. We have been through HELL with an 8 week old baby and no hot water travelling to our friends 30 minutes away to get a hot shower. Its effected work, personal life, everything and they whack over an email threatening with no apology, no offer to fix. They need to learn how to treat people and some decent customer service skills. They also need to ensure the work is correctly done they are tasked to do. AVOID. P.s be aware, he used a mate with a closed down company on companies house to chase me and try to scare me into paying. Dont be fooled hes got zero power.

We are currently renovating & Omnia removed and replaced all our radiators - The new ones look fantastic and they did a very efficient and professional job with all the new pipework. Our heating system isn't the most straight forward but they understood it in no time. I would highly recommend, extremely reliable, certainly know their stuff. They have also put us in touch with a great bathroom supplier and we look forward to using Alastair and the team again to do the plumbing and fitting of all our new Bathroom suites.
