From start to finish the service was fantastic. Judy shared her ideas and offered advice on what to do and put together a lovely package for our girls birthday. We hired a hot tub for the weekend with decorations and gazebo. We also had sweet cones made and all dietary needs (vegetarian and a fussy daughter) were catered for. The correspondence before during and after was second to none. Judy even offered to drop the hot tub off a little later so that it remained a surprise for my girls. Collection was efficient and we didnt need to be home to collect. Cannot fault the team here! Thank you so much for everything.

Such a brilliant company. We hired a hot tub and the service from the beginning to end was 5 star. Great communication and we didnt have to lift a finger with the set up and removal. The hot tub was immaculate and we loved it. Very friendly ladies that run the show and well definitely be using again.

I hired the deluxe hot tub for the BH weekend. Communication was excellent, both before, during, they emailed over the weekend to check everything was ok and quickly removed it on the Monday. Very simple instructions to use with a simple copy of the instructions if required and it was evident everything was thoroughly sanitised when taking it down. New filter provided for each use. The best thing it looked and was fantastic!!! I will definitely be using them again. Thanks girls.

Fantastic service - I ordered a luxury hot tub for my Hen Party. Nothing was too much trouble for Stacey & Judy. The tub looked amazing and really provided a focal point for the party. The extras were so worth while - gorgeous plastic glasses a bottle of fizz, towels and slippers lights and a water proof speaker. Everything was set up beautifully in advance with a real eye for detail - I can highly recommend this company for any party needing a hot tub experience.
