We required an urgent repair to our ailing Mitsubishi air conditioning unit in our server room. Response was timely and diagnosed that the unit required a new compressor unit. Was all fitted in a very professional and timely manner. I would have no problem in recommending Austin Broady for any air conditioning installations/maintenance or repair.

Austin Broady were very professional and helpful from the first enquiry to the completion of the installation of the air-com units being fitted. Very knowledgeable and conscientious all through to the end, and even received a follow up call to see if everything was ok and working well. I would have no problem in recommending Austin Broady for any air or ventilation instalments or maintenance.

I called Austin Broady Associates as a new customer to arrange routine maintenance on our 3 air-con units (that had been installed by a different firm). The call was answered and I was told they would need to call me back to arrange. Three working days later, I had not received a return call, so called them again and spoke to Caroline. She informed me that she would need to speak to the engineer about availability and get back to me. She emailed to arrange an appointment for Tuesday 4th June and I responded to confirm that the date was fine for us. The day before the appointment was due to take place, I had no idea what time to expect the engineer, so I contacted Caroline to find out. She told me that he was unable to come to us due to an emergency and she would need to speak to him. She advised he may be able to come in the afternoon and that she would come back to me and let me know. Would somebody have called me to let me know the engineer was not coming out to us, had I not taken it upon myself to call them? Im not sure, but having blocked off a whole business day to ensure I was present when the engineer came, Im disappointed. Over a week later and I have still heard nothing about booking us in. Communication is not great, and left me feeling that they really don't want our job or our money!
