Absolute shocking Customer Care from the customer care manager Carl Kellet. His disgusting rude and antagonistic attitude brings this company in to poor light. I would not recommend this company to anyone who is considering buying a new home. Carl Kellets attitude towards after sales problems is that of "Rowland Homes will not he responsible". Carl Kellet lacks management qualities which i can only put down to lack of experience within a management role. The tone and content of Carl Kellets emails is one of its your problem not ours and that emails or questions do not warrant a response. Well as a customer that has spent a considerable amount of money buying one of your homes then yes the customer does and will always warrant a response! Within the new estate Carl Kellets name gets mentioned a lot and not in a good light with all conversations relating to his poor management and attitude. Think twice before buying a property from Rowland Homes.
