        Been with them for nearly 2 years when they decided to drop a huge bill on me out of nowhere and told me to up my monthly payments to hundreds of pounds. So I called them to resolve the issue at 6 o clock (they close at 8) and they put me on hold for 2 hours (pic attached for proof). Fairerpower! more like Un-Fairerpower. Do not recommend!

        I like the fact that Fairerpower is not-for-profit and any excess income goes towards tackling fuel poverty. Coupled with the consistently fair pricing, it's a winner for me.
