        Lived at current address for over 20 years in that time had the same 3 waste bins, paid the extortionate council tax every year which apparently has a supplement for waste bins and collections. Requested a new garden waste bin as mine has split, wouldnt replace unless I paid 30 for replacement!!

        This council is useless. We have a neighbour putting rubbish in our field on numerous occasions. They say it's nothing to do with the council yet the police tell us to report it to them!!

        Shocking, by the time I'd progressed up the queue,been answered and then cut off I could have walked to the town hall. Absolutely awful service.

        Shocking organisation. Still blaming covid for everything when the rest of the world has moved on. Can't even collect a bin anymore. What are we paying for?

        Have a simple question to ask about a letter detailing an increase of 1,154.47 on my council tax. On hold for 37 minutes. About 15 of those I was apparently 5th in the queue. Awful. Short of driving over there what on earth am I supposed to do.
