        Requested a Soya Frappe, to which I was informed that it would be prepared in the same containers used to do the standard frappes with cow's milk. Where I have an intolerance, this was a swift no. Clearly this wouldn't be okay. Not impressed in the slightest

        Awful service. Cant even get a coffee right. Doesnt apologise for getting it wrong. I had to give them back the coffee as I had a feeling she spat in it.
