My daughter accidentally left her coat on the bus. Ian was absolutely brilliant and arranged for the coat to be returned to her via several coaches. Excellent customer service. Just ask for Ian, he will sort you out.

5:25pm today on the A556 Hartford heading towards the traffic lights outside Davenham village, one of your buses (B2 BCL) was being driven by a lunatic way too fast around a bend and then through the red lights about 3 seconds after they had turned red. Luckly the driver turning across spotted it and waited. There are loads of accidents at this junction because people run the red light, let a lone a huge coach doing it. Every day I use this junction with my 2 year old in the back and I double check for fear of something like this happening. Your drivers should not be ploughing through red lights at 60 mph absolutely terrifying, I hope there weren't any kids on board.

I was 'tailed' by a driver from this company around 12.20pm on Friday, 11 May, for some miles on my way from Chester to Nantwich. The driver was incessantly in my rear end, so to speak and it was very distracting and infuriating. I was extremely glad I didn't have my children in the back seats. If I wasn't chauffeuring my elderly Aunt, I would have got out of the car at the traffic lights to tell him how dangerous his driving was. I was trying to stay within the speed limits, though I was often going 35 mph and yet this driver pushed and pushed. Outrageous behaviour. Almost touching my car with his old red and cream coach whenever we had to stop at junctions etc. It was an upsetting, disturbing experience and I hope the owners of this company can identify him and reprimand him for dangerous /negligent driving. STEER CLEAR!!!
