Not good! By telephone I described the job required..taking the outer branches off a big tree. We agreed on a price. They said they would have to look. They came but were unable to do the job I required. Under pressure I allowed them to take some side branches off. They sawed 2 of the 8 branches into smaller pieces but left the remainder uncut and hanging dangerously in various places. They chained sawed through the ivy stems, something I had specifically asked them not to do. They then still required the price agreed. Cowboys!
