        I contacted Neil and we arranged for him to come round and look at our garden. He spent about 90 mins walking round, listening to my ideas and giving his own ideas. I was really impressed. He said he would send a quote for the work which we received after a couple of weeks. I wanted to make some amendments, so he came round again for about an hour and said he would send a revised quote. This has never materialised and he is now ignoring me. I am very disappointed and frustrated as I wish he had just been honest and told me he didn't want the job. It's been 2 months since I 1st contacted him and if I'd known he wasn't interested I could have been finding someone else. It's a shame as I liked him and his ideas.
