Returned from a 1 night stay in hut 14. Very impressed with the facilities in the hut. Turns an outdoorsy glamping experience into a genuine luxury with a loo, shower and sink en suite. Reception were friendly and gave my husband all the info needed on check in. The Hamlet is set back from the grounds but no more than a lesiurely stroll to the main house and grounds. A beautiful playground complete with a Tudor style playhouse a short walk from Salmesbury Hall itself. Floodlights around the property lend a dramatic air to a moonlight walk. My 7 year old absolutely loved it. We can't wait to come back! An experience to remember for me and my family.

We used the disabled hut Ther oom inside was great but the room was quirky. You had a fairly steep ramp to the door pity anyone pushing a chair up it. The opening direction of the door was onto the ramp so you had to fight that and the door. The bath room light was linked to the main light so one had to work with the other . Can understand this for safety No side lamps over or near bed so it Full lamination or nothing Bed was memory foam not my favourite but it is what it is. It was lovely and quiet
