Table booked for 12.30. Made our choices fairly quickly. Food came at 1.15 Ordered chicken wings as a starter to share. Came with main course and was told that was normal! My peri peri chicken was hard and dry. The coleslaw was warm and slippery not nice. My friend pie crust was raw. Not once were we asked to order more drinks. Very disappointed in the whole experience

Me and my partner went for dinner today at the Heritage Cafe. Very warm and friendly welcome. The food was delicious and you could tell it was very good quality produce. It's a really nice, light cafe set in the stunning grounds of Samlesbury Hall. Recommend to anyone who visits, support local.
