        Absolutely terrible service. My employee had paid my childcare allowance but not the admin fee of 13 so Widerplan withheld the payment to my nursery for a month and even when it was brought to there attention still refused to send payment. Staff very rude and abrupt when bringing this to there attention. When asked to make a complaint I got told "well I work from home so I can't transfer you to a manager" and when I did speak to a manager about my complaint they said "they would speak with the finance team" (makes no sense). Shocking customer service AVOID USING THIS COMPANY
