        Alice is a wonderful hypnotherapist. I came to see her for some support in managing some big transitions and changes in my life and anxiety surrounding that. She was always professional, friendly, understanding and really listened to what I needed. Alice offered me tips to help manage anxiety in the short and long term and the hypnosis in each session was so relaxing. I finished her sessions feeling much more in control and calm. Totally recommend her for hypnotherapy sessions!
