I'm don't know much about cars and I didn't really know what I was looking for. As soon as I walked in, they put me at ease. It was really nice to look around and chat with the knowledgeable staff without feeling under pressure. They asked me questions about what was important to me when using a car and I felt that they understood what options were the best for me. I felt comfortable enough to go on a test drive and that really helped me feel I was making the right decision about the kind of car I want. There's a really nice family feel to the company. I would definitely recommend them.

As a family we have dealt with Saltford Motor Services for almost 25 years, what we like the most is the open, honest and respectful way they deal with us, not only when buying new cars but when helping out with service and repairs, they often go out of the way to to help us and we cant recommend then enough. I bought my 2019 reg citroen c3 here and would of liked to stay with them for any work i needed on my car. I came here when my wing mirror was knocked off and i was quoted a price of 500 to replace it. I also was coming up for an mot which they offered to throw in for free. I was told i was due a service and advised i would need a big service. They would do all this for 1000, my car has 19000 miles on the clock. I understand that they have overheads in a main dealers but.... A mechanic did my wing mirror for 150 (not yet sprayed) had an mot done in a garage for 60, and a service by a proffesional garage for under 150. I dont like to think they tried it on because im a woman but choose wisely where you put your hard earned money! So ive just had a call from Warren who said they wont do my safety recalls!

Great serviceeven collecting my car as I was ill. Very friendly staff who always explain exactly what needs doing.
