i would not recommend this travel agent. It took them weeks to come back to my question. And they told me 'Priority & 2 cabin bag' was cancelled just one day before my flight. The excuse they giving me was the 'Priority & 2 cabin bag' were sold out, while i booked and paid for it over a month ago. How come it will affect me if they were sold out, as i have already paid for it ?? I doubt if they actually book it for me or not. Since i raised the question, they never come back to me at all!!! You can imagine how much headache it brings to me as i was told about this such last minute? I don't feel any support from this people. I wouldn't book holiday with them anymore.

Do not use. Cancelled holiday 3 days before departure and refused to find an alternative. They do not know what customer service is!
