Lakshmi Yoga Shed

Without a doubt Yvette is by far the best yoga teacher that I have ever been to, and I have been to a few, (at least 5). I feel lucky that she is in Saltdean. The yoga shed can only fit a small number of people - and so that is good for us pupils as we get more attention. Yvette has many years of experience, international training and a portfolio of certificates. Yvette's practice has deep spiritual roots. She has a great wealth of knowledge which she is able to adapt depending upon your own needs, whether you are a newbie beginner like me or at a higher level. Occasionally if I have any aches or pains then I have no fear of still going to the class and I know that Yvette will take those into consideration and help them. The class often starts with shavasana a relaxation pose and then gently Yvette gives very clear instructions to lead her pupil through yoga poses and breating excercises. I have often been surprised at what I have found myself doing! I always leave feeling very happy after a class there. I have no hesitation giving Yvette 5 stars * * * * * :-)

I have been coming to see Yvette for about a year now and Im addicted! I had been finding larger classes that just seemed to be one pose after another a bit unfulfilling. Her classes are always small numbers with not only the feeling that youve had a great stretch but also deeply relaxing and spiritually uplifting as well

Therapeutic Yoga with a healthy dose of tranquility can be found at the Lakshmi Yoga Shed with Yvette offering expert tuition coupled with sincerity kindness and deep knowledge. The classes combine stretches, relaxation and breathwork and Yvette ensures that every session is adapted to your individual needs. I highly recommend this yoga class.
