My Inspirational yoga teacher, Heather, always vibrant, positive and full of energy! She understands disability, is sensitive to her students needs and differences, helping us to overcome muscle aches and pains with a lightness of touch and a great sense of humour. Heather combines practical yoga asanas and exercises while communicating a spiritual awareness in her irrepressibly joyful nature and in the deep calm of meditation. A brilliant combination of qualities for every yoga session!

Deaville Yoga - Saltdean When I moved to the lovely Saltdean, I was keen to find a local yoga class and chanced upon Deaville Yoga and have never looked back since. Heather is not only an incredible yoga teacher but also an authentic, fun and lovely human who exudes warmth, generosity and kindness. Each of our weekly classes are different and Heather tailors her content to ensure everyone has the best experience and leaves with a holistic and cathartic class. If youre looking for a fabulous local yoga class Heather is definitely your lady.

I have been attending Heather's yoga classes for a while now. I have always been impressed with the verity of each lesson so I don't get bored, and I enjoy the welcoming inclusive environment. I feel I've had a perfect balance of exercise and relaxation at the end of each lesson

I really enjoy my yoga sessions with heather. No week is the same. Heather is so caring and funny. She is attentive to the individual needs of people in her class. I always feel looked after and restored after her class.
