Absolutely the best way to spend a morning! Can not recommend highly enough. Ruth is so very patient and kind, and frankly a joy to be around. Book it you wont regret it.

Me and my boyfriend had a great time at Ruths studio creating our stainless glass pieces. Ruth was lovely and really thorough with all the instructions throughout our class. There was plenty of glass options to choose from and our pieces turned out amazing! We highly recommend a class with her .

I can't rate Ruth at Blue Skies highly enough! I had a fabulous day with her at her workshop and I would recommend her to anyone. She took the time before our session to email me several times with ideas and suggestions of what we might do for my 'project' - which (as a complete newbie) was invaluable. On the day she was friendly, approachable and her genuine enthusiasm for her craft was infectious. She carefully guided me through the whole process - but WASN'T constantly 'leaning over my shoulder' which I found refreshing. I was more than pleased with my 'end product' and - in the space of one single session - has persuaded me to look to possibly pursuing the hobby on my own. All in all a great experience and I can recommend her highly!

We attended for a 3 hour taster workshop. From the beginning of the process Ruth is very encouraging, helping to choose a suitable design to create in glass before you arrive for the workshop. When we arrived it soon became clear Ruth was extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic about her craft, not to mentioned very talented. There was no time to waste and we were cutting glass minutes after our arrival. The workshop is very hands on and you are encouraged to do every process but if you are struggling Ruth is always on hand to guide you and give you tips. We were so impressed that after only 3 hours we had an end product (a Christmas decoration in our case) that will have pride of place in the window this year. Thank you Ruth for a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon.

A wonderful few hours spent with Ruth. It was interesting, great to learn a new skill and lots of fun. I highly recommend booking a workshop, we will be booking again later this year
