Perfect help ,The response from the police was no help ,let the criminals slip away .I was attacked by a Black guy, and about 5 female neighbor's came to my aid ,and saved me from been robbed and severely injured, Plus Andy's CTCV kit recorded the whole assualt. So we have the cat in the bag I hope, due to Urban Security, and the brave females' who came to my aid, Thomas Fraser, Invalid and war Veteran age 83

Sadly cannot recommend these guys. They came highly recommended on our local FB group but my experience with them has been poor. Initially I contacted them via their website. After over a week with no response, I visited their store where they explained that had been busy and hadn't seen my website submission, but booked me in there and then to do a site visit a week later. A week later they came over and spent a good half hour or more surveying the property and coming up with lots of suggestions of what could be done. At the end they said they would come back to me in a week's time with a quote. A week came and went, then two weeks. Nearly three weeks later I contacted them via email asking them when I could expect the quote. Again no response. It's been several months now and still nothing. Just a waste of everyone's time really and I don't understand it. Anyway, because of this, I can only give them a negative review
