I have been working in construction for 10 years now and working for Randstad Brighton for almost 4 and can honestly say that they are the best agency lve been lucky enough to work for. Shereee and the rest of the Randstad crew have stuck by me through thick and thin and I cannot thank them enough! Respec!

Always polite on the phone. One of the biggest recruitment companies in sussex. They will always keep you in work. They are reliable & always on the phone Monday to Friday.

Female Staff are helpful. But I haven't had a job from them that has lasted more than a fortnight which is unfortunate as one needs consistency in order to be able to live. A zero hour contract really does say it all when it comes to putting food on the table and rent to be paid. Hourly rate is substandard. But they have on a few occasions managed to get myself work which short term got me out of a financial shortage. Can't comment on the whole company, or the other sectors of establishment as I have only dealt with the representative agents for construction. Summary, not enough work and not enough money to satisfy a consistent 40 hour week continuously. But that too is part of working for a agency. It's a gamble. Apply to more than one agency.
