        A cool place with lots of character BUT very disappointing food. The chips were fried in old oil and tasted awful, we barely could eat any. The mashed potatoes were dry and tasted wrong. The duck rillettes had been warmed up!!!!!! Bread and peas were fine. The place smelled of the old fried oil and was totally empty on a Friday 7pm, it should maybe have been a warning

        I love this pub. Very quirky, lovely atmosphere. The owners are fab. There is usually a good selection of beers and the food is also really nice. Can't recommend it enough.

        Beer ok..food expensive and not locally sourced..no local cheeses beers or sausages Only customer all lunch..beer garden a dump Dissapointed 9..bowl of microwave chips..cheese..sprinkle of dried onions..scattering of pulled pork
