We had lunch here. Unfortunately the chef had quit the day before so service was slow. The waitor who served us was brilliant. He apologised and explained the situation. The food was okay. The children's were happy with their food.

Came here a few weeks ago and all I can say is terrible service, terrible food and terrible managers who clearly have no idea what they are doing! So blatantly rude shouting at customers! Dont waste your money!! Very unprofessional.

Great venue, very traditional feel about the place, visited because of the record fair today, a good place to go to in the middle of Brighton

Was drawn in by a sign outside that boasted the largest beer garden in Rottingdean - I have no way to verify this claim but I can assure you the venue is beautiful. The smiley chap behind the bar told me he was one of the new managers, and I believed him because of the incredible shirt he was wearing. The atmosphere was delightful in the summer and I look forward to coming back in the winter.
