Faced with sub-zero temperatures Cliff was prioritising Emergency calls where customers were without heat or hot water. He arrived punctually at the agreed time and had boot covers. Cliff worked quickly and efficiently to locate all the system components, and had narrowed down the potential root causes within a few minutes. In our case the fix was simple, but the outcome considerable because the heating was working again. Lewis is friendly and professional. I would happily recommend him to anyone looking for a hard working, polite and diligent tradesman that knows what he is talking about. I have used Cliff Plumbing & Heating twice over the last couple of years and hope to hire them again soon for another job at my parents home. Both times I have been impressed with the quality of Lewis' work. He explains what he is doing and does a professional job, keeping everything clean as he works. He is also a friendly worker that is easy to get along with and does not bring any attitude to the job with him. I have hired tons of trades people in my life so anyone who has hired a lot of different people will know what I mean. Sometimes you get some who think they are doing you a favour for being there, or don't ever ring you back. Or if you ask a question about the job out of curiosity, act like you are attacking them and reply with semi-sarcastic comments to hide the fact they barely have a grasp of what they are undertaking. Lewis is the total opposite of the above. Instead, he is happy to talk about what he is doing and takes pride in all the work he has done for me. He is happy to answer questions and has given tips on the tools he uses or the type of spray he buys to loosen difficult washers on monoblocks. And no it is not WD40. He also was super polite to my parents shielding during the pandemic, and was happy to wear a mask the whole time even in the summertime heat. Again, I would recommend Lewis to anyone who is looking for a friendly, professional plumber who is willing to work hard and deliver great finished results. Services: Toilet repair, Faucet repair

We needed a repair of our toilet, Lewis got the job done, we didn't have to wait long, he was friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend. Will be using Cliff plumbing and heating again in the future.
