Not sure why this is considered by someone the best Italian pizzeria-restaurant around. Pizza is very heavy and ingredients are not fresh, especially the ones used for pizza. The staff is not as friendly Italian-style as it used to be and it changes every month which is not a good sign. I used to like it as Italian living here but it's gotten worse and worse. I will never go there again as there are much better Italian places in the Brighton area

Each time I come to the area, VIP in Saltdean is on my list. Probably (except during COVID) I have dined there on fifteen or more occasions. I love the food, atmosphere and staff. Vegetarian options: I am not keen on vegetarian food but there are vegetarian and vegan options
