I joined Tracys classes as part of my recovery from a knee injury and joint pain condition. Within a few months I was already seeing the benefits as my suppleness, balance and joint mobility much improved, and after a year my fitness levels and strength recovered to the point I could fully engage again with my other exercise activities. This was all down to Tracy's patient and supportive attentiveness and knowledgeable, passionate coaching style in her bright and welcoming garden studio space.

I have been doing Pilates with Tracy for 5 years and she is an amazing teacher. Her studio is a lovely light space and her classes are small and very personal. Each of her classes is different and she helps you progress at your own pace but constantly taking your Pilates learning further and teaching new things via her mat-work, but also using other Pilates equipment and techniques. I would highly recommend her.

Tracy is an excellent teacher. I had extensive back pain from working at a desk all day and my core strength was non existent after having 2 cesareans. Since starting the classes, Ive had no back pain and feel healthier than ever! The classes are relaxed but Tracy makes us work hard and the studio is a really positive space in beautiful gardens. Would absolutely recommend these classes to anyone.
