Nicki the physio

Nicki is a great Pilates teacher, she kept us going with zoom classes right through the pandemic to help us keep exercising when we couldnt go out. Now things are almost back to normal and classes continue face to face plus some zoom sessions still. Nicki explains all exercises clearly and varies the classes and I would recommend her to anyone.

I tore my Achilles Tendon and had medical treatment, but had difficulty in walking. I had never used a physiotherapist before. Nicki was recommended to me and she found time to see me urgently. Over the last few months, with just a few appointments, she has patiently massaged my calf and introduced and supervised my exercise plan, reteaching me to walk again. She fully deserves every one of the 5 stars.

Nicki has really helped me with my strained neck pains that have been going for weeks. Shes not only helped with my acute pain but also preventative treatment.

I have been going to Nickis Pilates classes for about 12 years. I am a recently retired Physio and I cant recommend Nickis classes highly enough. Nicki is professional, friendly and her classes are appropriately challenging. Nicki empowers people to help manage their conditions. The classes are small, therefore your techniques are corrected, which helps you to achieve the full potential of each exercise. Nicki has helped me manage my chronic back which I am so grateful for. I started attending Nicki's pilates classes a few years ago after a back injury and have carried on as she is such an excellent teacher, very knowledgeable about the body/anatomy, and great at explaining different exercises and how they will help develop strength. If injuries do flare up or you are struggling, she always has different modifications to offer for whatever your level, and a lovely warm friendly manner and infinite patience! I would definitely recommend Nicki:-)
