Im mystified by the bad reviews and can only assume either they relate to 1 member of staff Ive not encountered or that some people have impossibly high standards! Since moving to Saltdean this has become my local pharmacy. Ive only ever had polite and quick service. When supply-chain issues were a problem everywhere post-covid the people here were honest and realistic. Always happy to supply generics and even keep spare unused discount vouchers behind the till to help out - maybe if youre nice to them :-)

Worst chemist I've ever been to. 7 days to fill a common prescription with all sorts of excuses which contradicted what they'd said before. When they finally let me have the prescription back I got it sorted in 5 minutes at Healthy U Pharmacy in Lustrells Vale. When I consulted the pharmacist about mixing medications I felt like I was interrupting his day, quite unfriendly. They charge for repeat prescription ordering and delivery, I've had no other pharmacy do that. Really quite stressful.

Absolutely do not go here. Every time I went there I left empty handed as the pharmacist was unhelpful and rude . The counter assistants are nice and thats it. Go literally anywhere else
