    A bundle of positive energy. I have been out of the training game for a few years and had ten sessions to get me back into it. Kat is knowledgable, passionate and results focussed. I'm feeling motivated to train three times a week- yesterday my wife commented on my arms, which is obviously a win!

    When I met Kat, I felt that PT was for 'fit' people...definitely not me..an overweight, unfit, middle-aged woman with dwindling confidence. I had initially asked Kat for a one-off 45 minute session to design a gym program, as I felt too unfit to join an exercise class. After experiencing Kats kindness, empathy and positive attitude I decided to sign up for some PT sessions. After every PT session with Kat, I leave the gym feeling positive, motivated and wanting to return. By focusing on positive goals - I've joined my family on a 2.5km obstacle race, tackled a climbing wall and enjoyed the GO-APE course - I have lost weight, got stronger, fitter and the best thing - re-found my confidence. Kat is non-judgemental and creates a safe space where you can share your vulnerability - and its been an empowering process. A huge thank you to Kat, and I look forward to continuing my journey with your ongoing support.

Kat shows fantastic knowledge in fitness and got me off to a good start with a really effective routine with proper technique as well as warmup and cooldown (crucial).
