Our sale went very smoothly and either Dave or Steve rang me each week to update me on any progress - something I know not all estate agents do and something my friends have envied. They priced the house realistically and it sold very quickly despite going on the market before Christmas. They were always helpful and straightforward which I much appreciated. Would always recommend them very highly.
