        I feel sorry for the new manager as some of the carers are total liars and sadly MANY MISSED CALLS so she will have her hands full trying to sort the liars out. We now think this comes under DISCRIMINATION, please think twice before you even think about using this terrible lot. Sadly my mother had a fall and broke her hip, she is now recovering well in hospital and will be moving to a nursing home where she WILL be cared for and looked after better.

        Absolutely shambles off a company. Ask the basic needs for a family member and they fail to meet his basic needs, 1 day he had the same carer come on 3 occasions. Morning,lunch and tea time ,and the only food and drink that was given was 2 X toast and a coffee. Please don't up use them.

        The office team are brilliant. A great company to work for they do exactly what they promise. They promote good working ethics and follow up on staff. They offer great support to their teams and respond to crisis on time. Thumbs up for Gary a great team builder and Sharon you guys are the best.
