        Waited an hour and 15 minutes for my doctor to see my grandma. Never had to wait this long for a scheduled appointment. Once we were finally seen he stood up quickly mid conversation and told us to leave as we had finished our scheduled time??? Didnt want to listen to what we had to say or read the letters or prescription was absolutely appalling as we waiting so long to be seen for 10 minutes only.

        Excellent Surgery with very helpful staff and in particular the wonderful Dr.Amin. Prompt and efficient service from St.Luke ( The patron saint of doctors ) Definitely recommended.

        Shambles. Changed my appointment 4 times and then finally offered me a time that I couldn't attend only to be told that if I can't attend this final time slot, they'll have to plan for another time later and hung up.
