        We have now bought and sold with Ian Hyder and Co and we highly recommend them. Ian and Ryan gave us the highest valuation of three on our flat and got us that within 2 weeks. They then supported us and our buyers through a tricky few months when mortgages were hard to get and finally got us over the line. When things got hard in the housing market we were so glad to have Ian and Ryan on our side. We knew they cared and we werent just a number to them. Made such a difference to the stress.
