My mum passed away suddenly in March 2020 during the covid pandemic. Unfortunately my mum trusted Richard to be an executor on her will. If losing our mother wasn't enough Richard made the experience even worse with threats, when we called for answers he called us names, threatened to get our uncle and auntie off of the will as Co exectors because they were asking questions. Cost us additional late payment charges for my mother's funeral (which we then had to sort because he STILL hadnt) he also hung up the phone on myself and siblings multiple times because he didnt want to deal with us. He is unbelievably unprofessional and not at all empathetic for the loss of your loved ones. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Have been using Richard for almost 20 years - wouldn't go anywhere else.

I recently enquired to get a copy of a Lasting Power of Attorney from Walkers. I am not sure who I spoke to but they decided that they did not want to continue the conversation and put the phone down on me. When my current solicitor called them, they did the same again. Really rude behaviour from a professions. If I could have, I would have given 0 stars
