Extremely pleased with the results of my surgery, also with the Cryotherapy, and all the information and kind advice provided at each stage of my treatment and plans for future treatment. The care provided by Dr Claudia Giovanni and her team of nurses and secretaries was excellent.

I had a consultation with Dr DeGiovanni last night and I can honestly say it was the best appointment I have ever had with a Dr. She really took the time to understand my concerns and how they might be related and then offered brilliant advice treating me for the original issue and a linked issue outside of the remit of the first consultation. I made a point of telling Dr DeGiovanni in the appointment that it was the best appointment I've ever had! Could not recommend her enough!

Dr DeGiovanni is an excellent physician: she inspires confidence and is deeply empathetic; information about the treatment was given in a reassuring manner and in terms easily understood by a person who is not medically trained. Few people enjoy the experience of receiving medical or surgical treatment but Dr DeGiovanni made my consultation as stress-free as imaginably possible and not an unpleasant experience at all. Thank you!
