        It says "Any make, any model" on the sign outside... It should be extended to say "Any make, any model, just not any part". I tried 3 times now for basic parts on a common car (VW Golf) and all 3 times been told they don't get the part. Simple parts too (bumper grill / windscreen trim etc etc)
