Just returned from a week travelling round Wales in auto roller 746 , lovely motor home , and great company to hire from , reasonably priced hire , emma & ash are a pleasure to deal with , always on hand for any questions I had , hassle free from start to finish , would highly recommend and will definitely be hiring from them again .

Can't recommend these guys enough, from start to finish it was amazing, we toured the west coast of Scotland and stayed off grid for the most part and the motorhome never missed a beat, we can not wait to book again and experience more adventures!

Well what can I say? Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. Ash and Emma are are completely amazing and professional individuals. We took one of the vans over to the Lake District for our honeymoon. Apart from the rain we had such a brilliant week. Will definitely be booking again . Ash took the time to explain how everything worked and the full van was spotless both inside and out. Would totally recommend Dormantourers. Fabulous work guys.

We hired Dormantourer's Zefiro 690, in June 2021 and toured Wales for 6 nights, with our family of 5 (2 adults, 2 5 year old's and pooch). From start to finish, the service we received from the Dormantourer team was first-class. The initial booking process was fast and simple, and we received regular correspondence, detailing what we needed to do next. The campervan arrived in pristine condition, and it was very apparent that the Dormantourer team had gone the extra mile to ensure that every eventuality had been considered. This included, a full tank of fuel, fully stocked cooking facilities, cleaning products, a picnic table to name a few. Ashley was very tentative when demonstrating how each feature worked, and even sent across their YouTube channel, which includes videos of him, undertaking each function. I found this to be very useful, as although we had experience, there's always minor (but very useful) details that slip your mind. Also, in all the excitement of receiving the van, it's easy to forget when your mind is focused on the adventure ahead, so we found this very useful indeed. Even with 4 of us and the dog, we found the campervan to be very comfortable and spacious and we soon adapted to life in the van. At first, we thought it might be cramped as previously when we have caravanned, we had relied heavily on the awning, but we soon found a flow and utilised the additional space, such as the humongous garage, which we used for storing bikes, excess clothes, coats, shoes amongst other things, which freed up additional space inside. That said, the internal storage still provides plenty of room, we just tried to make best use, and this certainly suited us. I did the majority of the driving and would say that there was very little difference to driving a standard transit van. The camera and sensors are very useful and made parking a breeze. Dormantourer provided a removeable sat-nav tablet, which is specifically suited to larger campervans to avoid tighter roads and low bridges, as opposed to a standard iPhone navigation which focusses solely on the quickest route. Again, the handback was very simple, we arranged a time which suited us and Dormantourer arrived promptly and we handed over the keys - it was that easy. We literally treated the campervan as if it was our own, we treat it with care and made sure that we handed it back in the same condition we received it, which as previously mentioned was pristine. We also ensured that the tank was full. This was a proper adventure which was made extra special by the excellent service and product that Dormantourer provide. I would highly recommend this business and we are already planning dates for our next holiday. Again, I would like to say a massive thanks to Ashley, Emma and the rest of the Dormantourer team.

From start to finish they gave a fantastic service , I can highly recommend This company Hand over was excellent , very good knowledge passed on - the Motorhome was Covid cleaned and really lovely inside , everything was thought of to make our 9 nights perfect. Thank you both so much and look forward to hiring again from you both , keep up the good work
