My property was struck by a car, so I asked Greg from Scurator to survey the property to assess the damage. He came at very short notice, took his time to provide a comprehensive assessment and to give some really helpful initial recommendations, prior to providing a very detailed report. I have since used his report to commence proceedings with the insurance company, builders and scaffolders. I can't thank Greg enough for his speed of response and detailed assessment.

Delighted with the service I received. Greg was super available, conducted a robust investigation of the property, and provided practical advice that I can work with as a professional landlord. He also recommended other experts in his network that were able to attend to more specialist issues (shale testing)

Rang Scurator ltd in regards to my upper bay window sagging, i was pretty worried about it being a serious matter but even just from my initial phone call with Greg he helped put my mind at ease that it wasnt as bad as i thought. He then came for a site visit, had a look at the damage and explained in simple terms the full extent of firstly what the damage actaully was, secondly how to rectify it and finally recommended some reliable companies that can fix it. Even after he left i was assured that if i require his assistance/guidance at anytime he is a phone call away which is greatly appreciated.
