        Very friendly and accomodating but short measures you on your pint .

        Oh dear. Let me be constructive here. If you work behind the bar - dont spend the evening shouting into your phone, it doesnt look very professional. Second - if you have live music in the back part of the venue - switch off the piped music in the front part. Otherwise the customers will be subjected to a hellish mix of the two. Theres a lot of competition for pubs in Saltburn, maybe not all of them will survive so it would be good to get the basics right.
