Four Seasons Nursing Home

We had to remove our mum from here as her quality of care left a lot to be desired!!!!!!!

This place is not fit for purpose. Had to take my mother out. Problems to numerous to mention.

My wife is a resident. Her care is excellent and the staff are very good with both residents and relatives. When the latest lockdown ends then I will be happy to go back as a visitor.

Please read all of this review thanks. When I went to the four seasons I visited my girlfriends mam. They said her mam had nothing to eat so I fed her. One of the nurses said we should get you a uniform. Her mam had nice clothes but we had seen them on different clients. Eventually she weakened and I brought in the cqc. They should see what I saw in the building but never. Never took us both serious. The care home happen to get a bug so no visits were allowed. Then the matter got worse as a clip from the home got seen on the news. The home is now secure and ready for others to live there I know its altered a lot without entering. Looks like my involvement helped a little. I would like to meet the new team and see the activities they do. Activities are I place of some treatments. Different strategies different alternatives different activities. If they wish me to work there I would go no problem. My mother is 91 so I do know a little about old age. Best level of Care and Safeguarding. Staff all friendly and very supportive to both paitents and all relatives.
