Shortly after we placed the order, Sophie got in touch to say they were waiting for a delivery of the standard / as advertised frame and offered us a different frame option or a wait of a couple of weeks. We went for the alternate frame option and it is fantastic.
It's worth saying that Sophie and the team at Light up North kept in touch with us about their progress and delivery options. I think this pro-active communication marks them out as a particularly great company to deal with.
I'm looking forward to adding a picture once we have this wall mounted. Once it's up in our new extension. That we haven't built yet. Because it hasn't been designed yet. Oops. Still worth having Elvis ready though!
