I have issues with my back and hip which were giving me constant pain and got to the point where I was unable to straighten my leg and was walking with a limp so I thought I would give physio a go and Im so glad I did. After a consultation with Ellen she came up with a plan to tackle both issues, I started to see a better range of movement and less pain within a few sessions and now am able to take part in my hobbies which I was unable to do for several months before I started my treatment. Ellen is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly and approachable and has given me a daily exercise plan that helps me keep on top of things and has even taught me some yoga.

I saw Ellen regarding a problem with my knee, she suggested and guided me through a programme of exercises that resulted in a real improvement. Shes also a lovely person. Recommended.

I had back pain after over doing it in the garden. Imagine physio was recommenced so I gave them a try. I was impressed with the information and assessment with gentle exercises. This was also followed up by email with a list of the exercises and explanations.

Excellent treatment, I wouldnt use anyone else. Ellen is highly knowledgeable and an extremely good physio.
