Never been to a pharmacy where the staff are so miserable, grumpy and rude! every customer that walked in and asked for something treated exactly the same!!

I always try to support the smaller places but enough is enough. For one reason or another there's always a problem with the place being closed or with prescriptions not being ready. I put my latest prescription in 8 days ago and it's still not ready and I need to go back this afternoon, that's another half hour of my life I won't get back. I'm sure the staff are nice enough but I really can't be bothered any more, I've just changed my nominated pharmacy to Boots.

This is a very busy Pharmacy. Despite this, all are very helpful and willing to help in any way possible...recently I visited for a Flu jab, booked via Lloyds on-line. Teresa was very professional and efficient. Teresa also took the time to take a look at my eye despite me not asking before. This gave me great comfort and sound advice was given. Thank you all and especially Teresa at Lloyds Pharmacy, Callington Road...this review is long over due! You are doing a terrific job in the current circumstances...thank you!

You need to update your opening hours on the website to show you are closed from 1pm to 2pm.
